Use this page to ask Vision Studio to delete your BaZi Atlas account and associated data. This meets the Play Console requirement for an account-deletion request link.
Dùng trang này để yêu cầu Vision Studio xoá tài khoản BaZi Atlas và dữ liệu liên quan (link CH Play).

1. How to request / Cách gửi yêu cầu

Send an email to billynguyenai@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in. Include the app name and, if you know it, your Firebase UID.
Gửi email tới billynguyenai@gmail.com từ địa chỉ đã đăng nhập. Ghi tên app và Firebase UID nếu biết.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
Chúng tôi xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.

2. What we delete / Dữ liệu được xoá

• Firebase Authentication account for this app (sign-in identity).
• Any support emails you sent about this account.
• Charts, reports, career profiles, and history stored on your device — delete the app data or uninstall after we confirm.

Xoá tài khoản Firebase của app này, email hỗ trợ liên quan, và dữ liệu trên máy (lá số / báo cáo / hồ sơ) — hãy xoá dữ liệu app hoặc gỡ cài đặt sau khi chúng tôi xác nhận.

3. What we do not store / Máy chủ không giữ

The BaZi Atlas compute API does not persist your charts, reports, birth records, or entitlements on our servers. Purchases stay with Google Play / App Store until you cancel the subscription in the store. RevenueCat purchase records follow RevenueCat’s retention rules after we request account closure.
API tính toán không lưu lá số, báo cáo, hồ sơ sinh hay quyền lợi trên server. Gói mua do CH Play / App Store giữ cho đến khi bạn huỷ. Bản ghi RevenueCat theo chính sách của họ sau khi chúng tôi yêu cầu đóng.

4. You can also delete in the app / Xoá trong ứng dụng

• Delete the Firebase user in BaZi Atlas settings when the control is available.
• Clear local storage / uninstall the app.
• Cancel or manage the subscription in Google Play or the App Store.
